NHA Policy Impact Database

Through the provision of comprehensive health spending information, NHA intends to inform policymaking processes for resource mobilization and allocation. NHA is designed specifically to assist policymakers in their efforts to understand the health system in their country and to improve system performance. NHA provides information such as status reports on the current use of financial resources, health expenditure trends, and globally accepted indicators that allow for cross-country comparisons. NHA can be and has been used by policymakers to make evidenced-based policy decisions.

This database provides a plaform for the sharing of NHA policy impact stories from around the globe. You are invited to share your own stories by clicking on the link below. The stories presented here are not restricted to those sponsored by USAID. Rather this database seeks to store policy use stories from all countries to help everyone recognize the value of NHA and how it impacts policy.
